Jeff O’Bryant is the Vice President of Operations at Rockcliff Energy LLC. In this role he manages drilling, completion, and production engineering and operations. He has twenty-four years of domestic and international experience in the industry, most recently as Senior Manager of Drilling and Completions for BHP Billiton. Previous roles also include positions with Petrohawk Energy and Baker Hughes. Jeff holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Business.
